Terms of service

Terms for using Trebla's website and authorized social publishing integration.

Effective August 30, 2026

Scope

These terms apply to Trebla's website and social publishing integration. The integration is an internal tool used by authorized Trebla operators to prepare and publish material to Trebla-owned accounts.

Use of a connected social network is also governed by that platform's own terms and policies.

Authorized use

Only people authorized by Trebla may connect accounts, approve content, or operate the integration. Users must provide accurate information, protect account access, respect third-party rights, and follow applicable law and platform rules.

You may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, misuse credentials, bypass access controls, or use the website or integration to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material.

Content and platforms

Trebla keeps its rights in original material. Third-party names, code, media, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only with an appropriate basis such as permission, license, or attribution.

Connected platforms may review, delay, reject, restrict, or remove content under their own rules. Trebla does not control platform availability or approval decisions.

Availability and responsibility

We maintain safeguards and review gates, but the website and integration are provided as available. We may change, pause, or end a feature to protect accounts, comply with a platform decision, or maintain the service.

To the extent allowed by law, Trebla is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by platform outages, revoked permissions, third-party systems, or unauthorized use outside our reasonable control.
